Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hour's notice prior to canceling or rescheduling their appointment. Late Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged. No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment and does not provide any notice, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at the therapist's discretion. Agreement: By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to this cancellation policy.
